Together, we create a personalised intention for exactly how you want to feel. Typically it takes 3 of these sessions to completely clear an intention.

Personalised Supplement Plans
​I use muscle testing to identify deficiencies, stress in organs or elsewhere in the body and how to support you. This includes lifestyle changes such as dietary adjustments, emotional cleansing and simple tools that your body needs right now.

Intake form, inital discussion around your current health, then I muscle test for 30 minutes and you get your results instantly. Final supplement plan is sent within 24 hours after the call.

These are best done every 3-4 weeks (I will muscle test you for your exact timeframe). When your body is balanced and feeling stronger / more energised, I test you for your perfect detox and you will start to dump toxins such as: metals, bacteria, parasites, environmental toxins, mould, viruses, spike proteins etc! I can also test for if this is current exposure which needs to be remediated.
