MBSR™ utilises muscle testing to identify stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, toxins, limiting beliefs, energetic blocks & MORE within YOUR subconscious mind, body & spirit.

What is Muscle testing?

There are two main parts to the brain - the Conscious & Subconscious.

You'll have heard the saying we only use around 5% of our Brain day to day, and that is correct - the Conscious mind is just 5%.  But the remaining part of the brain is the Subconscious, which has been programmed since even before you were born with generational emotions, life experiences, emotions and sometimes traumas on various levels.  So it might come as a relief to know that the unhealthy habits / intrusive thoughts / negative ninny voice in your head are not necessarily YOUR fault.  Your conscious mind is only trying to create your reality based on your experiences stored in your subconscious. 

 

So THIS is where MBSR™ thrives.  We can ask the subconscious - what are you ready to release?  What is no longer serving you?  What would you like to change to Thrive?  I ask you silently using muscle testing.

I use muscle testing to ask your nervous system what makes your body stronger or weaker. This uses Binary biofeedback which is the measure of the body’s response to a stimulus.  The most incredible part of this is I can do this remotely - sounds a bit out there right?  But I've experienced this myself from another country and now tested my own capabilities on over 60 people and 2 dogs (and counting) in different parts of the world, and I get results EVERY single time.  Even on the dogs I cleared too!

Our muscles are controlled by our nerves so when I make a statement to your nervous system, it will make your muscles stronger or weaker, which in turn shows me that the statement I made makes you stronger or weaker.  By investigating further with extensive charts I can determine what is making your nervous system, mind and body weak at this time and then release these stuck energies using a Cold Laser which is Frequency encoded on various meridians, organs, glands and more.

How does MBSR™ work?

In a session, once I have identified / highlighted any stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, toxins, limiting beliefs & blocks that your body is ready to release, I share these with you. If you would like to you can share any feelings around these blocks that are ready to be released. Sometimes it is helpful to consider where they came from and sometimes these are not yours, they are inherited or absorbed from others close to you and may never be understood. The most important thing to remember is that they are about to be released and not to dwell.

I then use a cold, frequency encoded laser on specific reflex points & meridians to open up the energetic flow and release these emotions that are no longer serving you. This allows you to release emotions and toxins and gives you an opportunity to change old habits over the days/weeks that follow. By releasing these (stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, toxins, limiting beliefs & blocks), it will reduce the stress on your nervous system and body so that the body can heal efficiently and you can make permanent changes to your life for the better.  It quietens the bodys' response to that particular emotion and allows for more regulation.
